this place is horrible. i have had the worst experience living here! the management company has been changed several times, and so has everything else along with them! we aren’t informed of these changes. getting ahold of the leasing company is beyond me it is nearly impossible, and even if you try to go into the office they won’t be there. i live in a studio apartment, and my rent was signed on at 1187 monthly which i thought was cheap! my rent was about 1700 this month because of UTILITIES AND FEES. i have 300$ worth of random fees that the leasing office can’t explain when i do contact them somehow. my sister lives here too and her water heater was broken for three weeks and had to shower at my apartment because no matter what she couldn’t get someone in to look at it. we don’t have acc

These apartments just suck. They’re cheaply and quickly made. washer and dryer sounds like a helicopter taking off in your living room and will feel shaking from your neighbors washer and dryer. There is not near enough parking spots, so you will be parking down the street in the middle of winter and Don’t you dare try to pay for a carport Because they’ll give you one that some random man is also paying for he can leave notes on your car and inevitably yell at you at seven in the morning Because adults don’t know how to act these days I guess. Oh yeah they’ll try to give you a move out notice 6 months before your move out day because they don’t actually have your lease on file and they beg you to send it to them only to regret not just leaving then are there. They switched payment program

Since I have lived here the apartment complex had changed property management companies 3 times. Once within my first week of me living here and each time it was not communicated until the day the take over happened. And each time the hand off is a jumbled mess. This time the property management company is pushing for reviews and I have been the least impressed with them. First, it’s been snowing for several weeks and they have not kept up on making sure the walk ways are clear of snow and ice. Making it a hazard for us tenants to get in and out of the building. They don’t respond to emails and if they do it takes them days. But they sure as heck will keep sending emails about reviews. The unit I am in I should not have to hear a lot of noise from other tenants but you hear everything in t

Changing to avenue 5 was a big mistake, the last leasing manger ally and Josh the maintenance man were amazing, and cared for the people and community they were working for. I can’t say the same about the new crew when you can’t even get a simple response. Another note would be the latest leasing company telling me I shouldn’t have even had to pay a security deposit and then just using it towards rent without my permission. In the state of Idaho that is 100% illegal to do without asking first. On top of all that they can’t even get the fricking key fobs to work not can I use the other amenities with it when it did work like the dog wash station, somethings gotta change here.

My experience at sawtooth flats has been up and down. Largely due to loud and inconsiderate neighbors, change in management from when I first moved in a year ago, and parking. The apartments are comfortable and nice quality. I haven’t experienced any maintenance issues thankfully. However the hallways in my building smell terrible, and 3 separate times I’ve seen dog poop INSIDE the hallways on the stairs. Pet owners need to be held responsible for the mess their pets make in any common areas. The hallways look gross as well. I smell cigarette smoke and weed regularly in the halls. I was told when I moved in that this is a NON-SMOKING apartment complex. I’d like to see that enforced and have the hallways cleaned. I’m hoping the new management will improve some of these things.
