Communication and clarity were 5/10. Otherwise, move-in process was as expected and fairly quick, 10/10. Floorplans for the price point, definitely worthwhile. Can’t beat the location. Parking can be meh, especially during snow storms, but garages can also be leased.

Not for me. Cons: EXTREMELY noisy neighborhood day and night. Lots and lots of kids running and yelling at all hours. Adding to that point, the windows (at least in my unit and a few others from what I've heard) provide no sound isolation. Open or closed, the outside sounds the same. Same with the front door. Barely any parking space and the roads are very narrow, getting in and out of the complex is a nightmare every time. They didn't clean very well before I moved in, either. Stains on the cabinets, dirt tucked in weird places. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. Like, when you open the toilet cistern it looks like something out of Fallout. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I toured the property a few years ago and wasn’t sure if I would enjoy living in the area or at the property. I took a leap and now live here and I can honestly say the new management has made such a huge difference! Ever since they took over, the property has been much cleaner, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels more welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. I’ve noticed so many improvements, from upgraded amenities to better communication with residents. It finally feels like home, and I’m so happy to be living here. Keep up the great work!

We lived in this apartment for a year, but just a month after moving in, we realized we had made a big mistake. The noise is constant — mornings, afternoons, and evenings — with loud neighbors and children running through the roads and parking lots, making it extremely difficult to drive. Our car was even damaged by a ball they were playing with. The apartment itself is in poor condition and infested with cockroaches. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the main office was unresponsive and unhelpful. The staff is consistently rude and unfriendly. Overall, the quality does not match the high rent, and we strongly do not recommend moving here.

I lived in the complex from November 2020 to December 2023. On time with rent every month. No alcohol, drugs or noise. The apartment was not painted when I moved in and the carpet was orginal. No major problems until the Summer of 2022 when Birge and Held purchased the company, and many Somo;lians were moved into the apartments sometimes housing 10-12 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. Children were not supervised. I was continuously harassed by adolescents. The children were allowed to write on the siding with markers and tear up the landscaping. Boys as young as 4th grade were asking me-a woman in her 60's-"how's your sex life?" These kids would ride their bokes and try and knock you down.
