Salem Village Apartments

We have lived here for years and the staff is great! They really care about their residents. Great place to live.

Yes I loved these apartments the moment I saw them. I love Kelly in the office. The staff is very helpful and sweet. I hit it off soon as I meet Kelly something about her I just love, I can sit and talk to her for hours. The complex is always clean and it’s very very very quiet. I haven’t heard no noise around here. And I love the fact that it’s a really small community. Salem Village thanks for allowing me to be apart of this family. I love you guys.

Perfect place for smokers. Not so perfect if you have health conditions or children. Tried talking to the landlords about my neighbors smoking inside their apartment, and how it is affecting my family. We were told “he’s a grown adult. He can do what he wants”. Very professional. We tried asking if we could move units they fought us on that. Parking lot and sidewalks flood every time it rains. On top of that our ceiling gets water stains from the roofs leaking every time it rains as well. Pools have been locked up for all but 3 or 4 times since memorial weekend. Over all, not a great experience.

I would recommend Salem Village to all my friends and family! In fact, I did! My mother now lives here as well. We love the staff and more personal, less commercial vibe here. My neighbors are friendly and my kids have a great time in the pools.

I’ve been here for four years, and my time has come to an end. My experience here has been nothing but great. Anytime I needed anything, Kelly and the past office staff took great care of me and my children. Loved my next door neighbor. I pray and hope they get a good neighbors to take my place.
