Sage Hollow by Milestone Community Builders Sales Office

Bought here in August '25. Neighborhood is really quiet. There's a ton of greenspace. Just far enough out to have some quietness but close enough to conveniences. The sales guy Chris, was very helpful and patient with us as this was my first home. The superintendent for my project was responsive, organized, patient and experienced. I hope to be here for a while.

I represented buyers who recently purchased in Sage Hollow by Milestone Community Builders, and it was a great experience. Sage Hollow is a beautiful neighborhood in Kyle with a small community feel, thoughtful green spaces, beautiful resort style pool, playground, and lots of areas for morning or evening strolls. It’s so peaceful but so convenient to shopping and downtown Kyle. You’re in a perfect pocket of the city but you feel like you’re in your own escape in the community. Chris Kreutner was excellent to work with….very responsive, collaborative, and extremely knowledgeable about the product and process. Clear communication throughout made the transaction smooth for everyone. I look forward to bringing future clients here when looking for that perfect place to call home in Kyle!

I absolutely love this neighborhood and the quality of our home. While searching for a new house, we visited several builders, but Milestone stood out as the best for many reasons. Chris, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. All the neighbors we’ve met so far have been super friendly and awesome. Sage Hollow by Milestone – Excited for Our New Home! We are currently building our home with Milestone in Sage Hollow, and the experience so far has been fantastic! Anne and Chris have been amazing to work with—super helpful and responsive throughout the process. The community itself has a great vibe, with more homes being built every day, giving it a lively and welcoming feel. The pool area looks incredible, and once everything is complete, Sage Hollow will be the perfect small community with only 207 homes, which makes it feel intimate and friendly. We’re really excited to move in at the beginning of 2025 and be part of this growing community! If you’re considering building a home here, we highly recommend it.

Nicely designed community on the west side of Kyle with a very high amenity to home ratio. They even have white picket fences.
