I want to share my experience with NVR Loan Services because what they call “loan specialists” are far from specialists. From the start, they couldn’t give me a clear timeframe for when my credit would improve or even tell me exactly what credit score was needed for approval. They ran my credit twice without giving me any real guidance — each time counting as a hard inquiry, which dropped my score even more. The sales team made everything sound fine, reassuring me that my credit “should be good,” but then they kept pulling my credit multiple times. Each hard inquiry lowered my score by about 18 points. My Daughter has just purchased a townhome in McCain's Station. Throughout the process, we were constantly kept updated by the Project Manager Nick Koldeway and his assistant Raeshawn. The meticulous coordination during the build process is truly a ballet of construction and produces an extremely well-built and quality home. There was not even so much as a weather-related delay in construction. Nick sent weekly construction updates with pictures and made himself available for supervised walk-throughs.
