He was incredibly respectful, professional, and thorough, taking the time to go over all the qualifications and provide me with all the information I needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t qualify due to some credit issues, but I’m extremely grateful for his guidance and helpfulness throughout the process. Jay made what could have been a stressful experience much easier, and I truly appreciate his support!
