Gallatin Commons

I have recently began renting with Gallatin commons. With that being said, every single employee I have encountered has made my experience beyond pleasurable. I have nothing but praise to sing about moving here. The staff is attentive, my neighbors are friendly, the apartment itself is beautiful. If you’re considering going with Gallatin commons, you will not regret it. Definitely has exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I cannot recommend them enough.

We’ve had a great experience so far with this apartment complex. The staff has been amazing at communicating with us every step of the way and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we really felt supported during the transition. We’re excited to call this place home!

I’ve lived at Gallatin Commons for almost a year now. So far me and my family are loving it here. My townhome is very spacious, thoughtfully designed, and having my own driveway plus a 2 car garage is a huge plus for me. The amenities here make it even better, the dog park is big and well thought out, the car wash station is nice, and something that not many complex’s have anymore. I also have to give a shout out to the maintenance team. I had an A/C issue towards the end of the summer, and Paiden, Shane, and Ron showed up the same day and had it fixed in no time!

This complex has gone downhill since it changed from Chandler Park to Gallatin Commons. When it was Chandler Park, it genuinely felt like a community — food trucks, resident events, and staff that actually seemed to care about the people living here. Since the rebrand, it feels like nothing more than a corporate leasing company focused on rules, warnings, and liability instead of tenants. Every other email is about some new rule or restriction — even down to decorations. Meanwhile, real issues go ignored. My windows leak and nothing has been done. The dog parks have turned into mud pits due to negligence. People regularly leave furniture by the dumpsters, and many don’t pick up after their pets, yet management seems far more concerned with cigarette butts in the parking lot than actual s

I've lived here for five years and I absolutely love it. The whole experience has been fantastic. A massive shout-out goes to the maintenance crew! They are seriously the best. They're super quick to respond to any issue and are always so friendly and helpful. Their hard work keeps this place running smoothly and looking amazing. A special shout out to Paden and Haley, who has been there the entire time we’ve lived here! Incredible people and friends of the community. If you're looking for a new apartment, you have to check this place out. The whole team is great.
