Casey and Mark have been wonderful. Sweetest people and care about the residents. They will help anyone in the complex. Happy to be in this community because of them. Thank you both.

I would like to say the property manager Casey has been one of the best landlords I have ever dealt with . She is very professional and very kind ! It is very hard finding landlord like that now a days . She keeps the property very well kept up with . I have not ever had an issue since I been living here . I definitely recommend to anybody ! It is very worth it and even having a landlord that is amazing makes it better . :)

OMG! I freaked out when I found these HUGE spiders in my closets two days in a row. When I called the Property Manager, Casey Tyler, the line was busy so I began to leave a message, but she was calling me back! I was so relieved. She assured me the maintenance guy would be over when he was free. He arrived half hour later and took that looming spider down!!! NOW, that's excellent service. Thank you Miss Tyler.

This apartment complex is in need of a corporate visit. The apartment manager Tanesha Cole is far from reliable there is ALWAYS trash throughout the complex. The parking lot is not properly marked the parking lines are faded the cross walks are not properly identified. The manager sent out letters stating residents can NOT be caught sitting outside there apartments or they take the risk of eviction or not having the lease renewed. There’s not an adequate amount of handicap spots available Tanesha has a handful of residents she shows favoritism to and will allow them to do as they please but not others. Phone calls go unanswered and not returned for several weeks. Repair work orders go unanswered for months but yet rent is still expected although living conditions are not up to code. There’

Casey Tyler is the most helpful property manager we have had. She is fast and proficient. She always answers the phone which is nice change. The property is so nice since she has arrived. Maintenance is always taken care of timely. Casey is very friendly and her attitude brings a light to office.
