Jolynn, the property manager, is an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the residents feel valued and that the community runs smoothly. When I moved in, she made the leasing process seamless and was very helpful in answering all my initial questions. Any administrative request or concern I've had has been addressed promptly, courteously, and with a genuine smile. It makes a huge difference having a manager who is so accessible and committed to resident satisfaction. ​The maintenance guy, Miguel deserves major recognition. He is fast, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Moved in recently, and I've really enjoyed the quiet community and easy communication with the office staff for any concerns I've had- the leasing process was fast and any issues or questions I had were answered quickly. I've put in two small maintenence requests and both were immediately resolved. It has been a positive experience since day one.

Love these apartments. So clean, safe, and management is the best! If you need something fixed, it'll be done in a timely manner. Very good place to stay with your family.

My sister's move-in went smoothly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, but they have been taken care of promptly. Everyone we dealt with prior to moving in was very helpful. My sister is going to enjoy living in Stratford Apartments.
