F building has cockroaches everywhere. Office has had our units sprayed for roaches but never seems to fix anything. Lived here for 5 months and that 2 star is easily falling to no stars.

Have lived here a little over 2 years and Justin and staff have been great since taking over with management and maintenance. Previous management seemed to cut corners and it shows but Justin and the current team do a great job with what they were given. Someone is always available in the office to assist with any concerns or questions and the maintenance team cares to do the job right over doing it quickly.

Working with Justin and his team has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, their commitment to excellence has been evident in every interaction. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure our needs are not just met, but exceeded — often anticipating what we might need before we even ask. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care make them an absolute pleasure to work with.
