I rarely do reviews, but RPS deserves a good one. They've been extremely responsive to any maintenance issues I've had since living in one of the properties they manage, and they're always prompt and friendly communicators. I know a lot of property management companies leave a lot to be desired, but that hasn't been my experience with RPS.
