I've been living here for almost a whole month, the process of getting my service dog was a bit of a process but with the help of Zoe and Kimberly I will say they made things so much better.. their patience and help was beyond great.. thank yall so much.

September 2023 I moved in. I really like the upkeep of the property. The amenities...pool, kiddie park, dog park. Other perks throughout the year... In walking distance to shop rite plaza, bus stop, restaurants, etc. Management is excellent I really like living here 😍

Zoey let me start off with amazing... she is so involved and carriage and the help she provided unmatched.... I hope this company really recognizes there staff cause this woman is amazing... pls I hope she gets to see this and knows her hard work helped me and my family get in here...

Before the end of the first year and been a disabled couple she refused to renew our lease, in the middle of winter they are prejudice at the Max. This is the worst place to look for an apartment, stay away. Now this manager is so evil that she will get you on board and before the year is over she will find the way for an eviction, like if you call the office for anything to be fixed, and they keep paying someone to get it fixed she will send a email to the corporate saying that she's expending lot's of money on the apartment she will use it to get an eviction letter, she will have u paid for the legal fees and all the expenses out of your package. I deeply regret choosing to apply to live in Rose Hill Estate. This decision turned out to be the worst one I made this year. The management of this place is extremely poor. Their website is dysfunctional and can lead to lost payments and wasted time. Despite being aware of these issues, they have failed to take any steps to rectify them, which is highly disappointing. Furthermore, during the application process, my husband and I felt that we were treated unfairly. We suspect a hint of racism, as they denied our application based on a misunderstanding about my husband's citizenship status. We firmly believe in the fairness of America and hope that this matter is thoroughly investigated.
