We absolutely loved living here. Dory treated us with so much kindness and love. It really felt like I had a second family here with amazing neighbors as well. The communication was also very good and Dory always made sure to always let us know about the different things that we needed to get done like renewing our leases and stuff. It was our first time renting so she definitely helped us a lot.

I’ve had a great experience living at ReNew Norwich. The community is clean, quiet, and well-managed, and any concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. My property manager, Dori, consistently goes above and beyond—she’s responsive, organized, and genuinely cares about the residents. She makes the whole place run smoothly. I also want to highlight Ricardo, our maintenance technician. He is reliable, efficient, and always friendly. Whenever something needs fixing, he handles it promptly and does the job right the first time. Overall, ReNew Norwich has been an excellent place to live, thanks in large part to Dori and Ricardo’s hard work and dedication.

This apartment was my fiancé’s and Is first place together. Dori, the property manager, went out of her way to make the process smooth and help us feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. Can’t say how grateful I am for her and all her help! The apartment's are close to many stores such as Walmart. Also, the area is surprisingly quiet and neighbors are super friendly.

Overall, the team here makes the community run smoothly, and their hard work is a big reason I’ve been very satisfied living at ReNew Norwich.

My husband and I lived there for 10 years. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with the current property manager Dori, she has always been very helpful, understanding and personable. It was truly a pleasure living at the complex under her management. The maintenance man the whole time we lived there, Ricardo has always been on top of things, I don’t ever recall a time when things weren’t addressed in a super timely manner, he really knows his stuff, and has a good personality as well. 10 out of 10 highly recommend Re/New Norwich & the wonderful people who run it!
