Pledge Property Management

I am pleased to provide feedback on my experience with Pledge Property and Property Manager Bob. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of efficiency and professionalism exhibited by the team. Bob promptly addressed my issues and ensured that they were resolved as quickly as possible. Moreover, he even went the extra mile to demonstrate some things I didn't know, which was greatly appreciated. The team at Pledge Property treated me with utmost respect and kindness, making me feel valued as a client. I am grateful for the excellent services provided by them every time I have needed their assistance.

Rarely need to access maintaince at my unit, but when I do it’s always a great experience. Recently, I had an issue with one of the appliances in my apartment. Bob Haggerty immediately contacted me about my concerns and fixed the issue within the week.

The maintenance team here is great! We had an issue with our fridge and after a few days of going back and forth, they were able to provide us a new appliance that works perfectly! Additionally, they helped to fix a toilet that was running occasionally. They even offered to replace the shower head since they walked into the bathroom and saw that I had a new one sitting on the counter waiting for my husband to install it. But they took care of it for us! They’re polite and professional and kind. They even took the time to give my very attention hungry dog some lovin. We’ve only been here a week so far and we are already very thrilled with the unit and the property.

Today is my official first day at a Pledge Property and I have been blown away by the kindness of the staff. I had trouble with the Air conditioner cooling on the top floor. Immediately Mike came to fix it. When I met the property manager Bob today I told him the movers could not get my sofa inside. He offered for himself and Mike to try. They were able to bring the sofa around back and get it in on the first try! They went way over and beyond for me. Which I am incredibly thankful for!

We recently started renting with a property that Pledge manages. During our move in process we’ve had a couple maintenance requests to help get us settled - the process itself is easy, but the real reason for 5 stars is their team. We’ve worked with Steven, Joe, and Bobby so far along the way, and each experience has been stellar, supportive, quick, kind, and attentive. We know we’re in good hands in our tenancy. We also worked with Jessica for showings to help us tour various sites and make sure we found a home that really fits us. Wonderful experience all the way around.
