Summitwoods Apartments

I have lived here at Summitwoods for going on 7 years now and these apartments are definitely some of the best in the area. The rooms are spacious, you have a storage closet, dishwasher, and washer dryer hook-ups. The management keeps the grounds nice and clean and if you ever need anything they are always very fast to respond and readily available. They have even put a cute little dog park in for residents which is great. Not to mention close to everything you need. I would recommend these if you are looking for a safe clean environment as they always try to make sure nothing ill goes on here. Thank you Summitwoods.

I absolutely love living at Summitwoods. Deb and Cindy are always on top of any issues that arise and are very kind, as well as Len (the maintenance technician). Summitwoods offers a spacious and well kept dog park, which is great as I have an ESA. She loves to run around up at the dog park. The grounds are always clean and the apartments are spacious. The location is amazing too! Not too far off from the city, but in a nice quiet area. I have loved living at Summitwoods, and have no plan of leaving! Great place to live, great people, great experience.

I have only been here a short time, but I love it here. I really do feel like my home with Summitwoods Apartments is my sanctuary. The move-in process was very simple, and was well-handled, Deb and Cindy treat me like family, and I feel safe, happy, and peaceful living here. I plan to be here for a quite a while. Cannot recommend enough!! The cats love being able to watch the birds from the windows and (carefully) explore nature, that they hadn't ever seen before. The girls and I have found a home within these walls, and it is a treasure to be able to call it mine.

I have lived at Summitwoods for 5 years now. I have been extremely comfortable in my 1 bedroom here since, and the square footage for the price can’t be beat in this area in terms of living in a complex. I have found both Deb (property manager) and Cindy (assistant) to be kind, understanding, and very dedicated to the tenants of the complex. The complex is extremely safe and also very well kept by the charismatic maintenance manager. I would very much recommend Summitwoods to anyone in the area looking to rent.

I had the pleasure of living at Summitwoods for two years. It was a great place to live with lots of storage space, washer dryer hookups, and large living space. It’s quiet and feels set away from the busy city, yet close enough for quick errands. One factor that was important to me was that I could rely on management to be friendly and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend Summitwoods to anyone looking for an apartment.
