Westledge Apartments

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with an apartment and property management. There is nothing in the apartment that we haven't had issues with. When we moved in, the air conditioning didn't work, the oven didn't work, the HVAC was clogged, and the breakers keep flipping for no reason. The heating also doesn't work and the bathroom walls have mold under the paint. We have made multiple complaints to maintenance and our requests just get deleted. To make matters worse, we were promised an ADA unit for my disabled partner and when we moved in the unit that was promised to be ADA was not. One of the property managers Liisa questioned my partners disability and asked for proof that she even needed a disability unit which is illegal. I have lived here the past (almost) two years and can’t say enough good things. Liisa in the office and Joe in maintenance have gone out of their way to ensure that things needing attention are handled in a SUPER timely manner. During the recent heat wave, they checked to ensure our HVAC was functioning properly. When one of my personal items went missing they were speedy to react and send a community wide message to assist in my search ultimately leading me back to my item. The community is clean, the tenants are respectful of each other and I am confident this complex is amongst the nicest options in south eastern CT. Thank you Liisa and Joe for keeping the community culture positive and organized.

We’ve been living at this apartment complex for almost 3 years now, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a safe, clean, and family-friendly community where I feel confident raising my children. Knowing that we live in a place where safety and comfort are a priority gives me so much peace of mind. The maintenance team here is top-notch. Recently, we had an issue with our washer, and Steven came out to take care of it. He was professional, kind, and walked me through everything he was doing to fix the issue. He made sure it was completely resolved before leaving, which I really appreciated. His supervisor, Bob, also stopped by to follow up and ensure all my concerns were taken care of. The maintenance team here is always so prompt. I called the emergency number this past weekend and Bobby gave me reassurance on the urgency of the issue. Brett did a great job with the hands-on maintenance and even fixed a couple more small things in the apartment for me before heading out! Truly appreciate their help!

Owned my home 30 years now live at Westledge, these are beautifully maintained condos, the owners do excellent job with landscaping and maintenance team is five star. Bobby and Joe handle every concern I have, they are respectful and clean if they have to come inside. I was one of the first tenants in the building and it has been proven to be a great place to live.
