Rolling Park Management LLC

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Rolling Park Management and communication is almost nonexistent. It is incredibly difficult to get a response when reporting issues and calls often go unanswered. The staff here seems unresponsive and dismissive when you do manage to reach someone. The company appears more focused on collecting money than actually providing quality service or maintaining the property properly. Concerns have gone unresolved for far too long. I expected more professionalism and accountability from a management company. I would not recommend renting from any of their properties.

The audacity of this Sonia, who was so rude to my mother when she was trying to get an apartment there. The rolling park management needs to really review their employee’s behavior, obviously the low rating is not because the place is bad but the people who work there, especially This lady name Sonia is so rude and disrespectful, honestly I would sue her the way she treated and talked to my family who tried to apply there. I hope rolling park management review this, the rating will shoot up once they manage their employee’s customer service.

There are too many professional companies you can choose from, THIS ONE IS NOT ONE OF THEM. 98% of the time You will never be able to get ahold of a live person. & when you do you will be told they will get back to you. Don’t hold your breath waiting for any solution. Their properties are over priced with unprofessional staff. They will discriminate against you if you are not Hispanic. One of their properties -The Village at Elkridge is the WORSE community I ever lived because of their staff. The community is 100% Hispanic staff not ONE staff member is of another race. They DO DISCRIMINATE. They scam you in a lot of fees added to your base rent for a small apt and dirty apt building! I don't hate it ... Just feel that they don't verify the number of people who live in their units. Too many cars for the units. Overcrowded, too much trash per unit. I live next door to them.

I've lived here almost 2 years. Quiet, clean and office staff are friendly and always willing to help & listen.
