A very honest and affordable contractor, Kelvin and Co. have done great work for us. They installed electrical outlets in the house ceiling and garage, and also saved the day with our kitchen plumbing by installing new PVC pipes. I depend on Kelvin for my HVAC work as well. I hired KTN Construction in Nov 2025 for bathroom remodeling for 4 bathrooms at our house. Kelvin is very knowledgeable, responsive and proactive - he planned out the work with our inputs and helped with deciding on the material orders as well as pickup of heavy items such as floor tile. He had 4-5 people working monday thru saturday to complete the work. They did quality work, efficiently and quickly and completed earlier than expected. We had a few unusual items such as Japanese toilets which were installed perfectly. They also did some small upgrades in addition to what we had scoped out. We are happy with the work they did and glad there was no hassle - 4 bathrooms were completed remodeled within 3 weeks and at a great price.
