Village at Potomac Falls Apartment Homes

Judea, Miguel, and Oscar are all amazing to work with at the leasing office! I’ve only lived here a few months but have had nothing but positive interactions with them, they are kind, responsive, and have gone above and beyond to help when needed. I also want to give a shout out to John and Win on the maintenance team, they are awesome and always quick to respond and fix any requests that are put in.

I lived in the apartment for 4 years and was promised a door security system that never worked. As a result, there were theft incidents, including a stabbing. After moving out, I received a final bill on 12/3/25 with a due date of 11/26/25, which was sent to collections. The maintenance crew is excellent, but the property manager (Oscar) is not.

John is the absolute best! Living in this community is exponentially better because of John. He is helpful, kind, funny and he truly cares. My dog even loves him!

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment complex! The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Oscar is amazing thank you very much.
