The Reserve at Town Center

I've been living at Reserve at Town Center since July 2025 and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The leasing agents are great. Tommy (who we signed the lease with) is incredibly personable, he knows every resident's name. And Kayla, even in her short time here has already been a big help with an Amazon package of mine. Sterling, on the maintenance team, is always smiling and incredibly knowledgeable of everything handy. Between a friendly leasing staff, quick & knowledgeable maintenance team, the cleanliness of the neighborhood and quality of apartment; I definitely plan to stay here for a long time!

Lived here for about 2 years, and Krystal and Tommy are the sweetest. Maintenance is always on top of our requests too! This was our very first time living on our own, and our particular floorplan (the chestnut) is quite spacious for a one bedroom! Noise level is at a minimum. I think the only things I would suggest is providing maintenance with shoe booties before entering into people’s homes, providing some sort of community board for the residents to post, and perhaps better landscaping. :)

I am a current resident at Reserve Falls Terr for more than a year now. My lease was coming up for renewal and let me just say I did not hesitate to sign for another year. Everyone from Tommy, Sterling and the maintenance team have been nothing but outstanding. This place really makes you feel at home from the littlest things to the over night emergencies, they are hands down on top of things with no hesitations. Let me Also mention Kayla she is super sweet and helpful. I came asking if she had received any mail with my name on it, she literally took her time going through all of the mail just to see if there was any with my name. If you’re looking for a place to stay I 100% recommend Reserve Falls Terr.

Out of all of the leasing offices and complexes I’ve dealt with over the years, The Reserve At Town Center takes the cake. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had. Tommy has made this entire process seamless, and one to remember. His professionalism and down to earth demeanor has made the transition from Alexandria to Sterling very easy, and has taken away a lot of the stress and pressure new tenants face when moving. I had an opportunity to meet Kayla, who was very kind and had a welcoming demeanor. Thank you both very much for your help! I’m looking forward to my time at The Reserve.

The tour of the complex was helpful and Tommy was very informative and friendly. Although the property was chosen, I enjoyed the customer service and follow up from Tommy after my tour, and hope we can move in here soon.
