Stay away. This is the absolute most unprofessional irresponsible company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t know what’s going on. I almost lost my house insurance because my escrow wasn’t getting paid. I’m being charged late fees when I’ve never been late they take money whenever they feel they want. Every time I talk to management they oh yeah, our system sucks. There’s nothing we could do about it just deal with it. We’ll see what my lawyer has to say about that.

Working with Colin and SN Mortgage Company to refinance my home was a wonderful experience. I have a new baby and very little time, and he made it easy and explained everything along the way. Colin also checked in often to just let us know what was going on and see if we had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised that a busy professional would call to follow up so often and thoroughly as he did. He is also very knowledgeable about the options available and helped guide us to the right loan for us.
