Resident experience is you should seek elsewhere to rent. Multiple issues with water leaks, maintenance, and repairs, staffing issues. Poorly maintained property, hard to get repairs as PM approval so long waits. Staff is trying but PM approves all repairs, some not. PM is not helpful, nor responsive. Quality of life is poor. No visitors unless you know in advance, office closes, and closed weekends so no help to have guests. Doors and windows leak cold and hot air, utility bills are very high, no recent upgrades to homes weatherization, appliances, carpeting, all old..Lots of pest and rodent issues. Allen from maintenance did so wonderfully fixing multiple issues I had in my apartment. Even yesterday he came by for another issue AND wore shoe covers when he entered! He’s new and really cares about fixing issues well and thoroughly.

Update Great lack of resident appreciation. Not recommended for any family or persons to rent. This is not a “ stressful”:storm situation. Property remains poorly cared for by the Main PManager. Example: her parking space was cleared first on Wednesday Jan 28 walkway is cleared. Liabilities large due to negligence of PManager ino parking, no access to leave by elderly and disabled, no exit from property for medical care or food for those trapped.
