River's Edge at Eastside Pointe

Was kicked out of the pool on Labor day because they suspected “underage drinking”. well over 21 and 6 old miserable people weren’t even swimming and just sitting in the lawn chairs. apparently they hate family bonding times?

Made 2 accounts for an application. Website won’t let me log in even after password reset attempts. Leasing agent told me to just make another account. I told him the error message as well. They claim they no longer do in person paper applications .

The only reason I'm giving River's Edge a 5 star is because of Ms. Mildred! She brought integrity, morals and professionalism to our community which we are so grateful. After almost 20 property managers, whom which didn't give a crap about River's Edge, we finally have someone that actually cares. Thank you Ms. Mildred for all that you do and have done!

Worst place I have ever lived! Starting from day one it took me and my roommate 3 months to complete the application process because the website was so confusing. It even took 5 hours in the leasing office with the lady helping us to fill it out. When we were finally approved, we paid our security deposit (which we later found out got lost), and was given a move in date. All ready to move in that day, we headed over there only to find out that the apartment STILL WASN’T READY. We were given no notice and had to wait another week to move in. The day we finally moved in we were rushed through signing our lease and was told we would be able to pay our rent and water online every month. Every single month for 8 months straight (and still continuing), our account was “messed up”, over charging

It was really nice at first. I was happy to think I'd be moving into a unit. Mildred personally helped us at another property and after discovering we made too much for her other property, we were suggested to come here. As lovely as it sounds... I was let down. We picked a unit (mind you its the same price as a unit with a full size washer and dryer and huge tub we were shown, then what we were offered was the same price, with half the things provided in the other unit.)
