Rivergate Lodge Quarters

This place is supposed to be “emergency housing” but I’d say it i”ISNT! If you have to deny someone who’s had a prior eviction! Pretty sure if they could get in somewhere else they wouldn’t have tried this place for starters but because it said emergency housing it was worth a shot. I just spoke with the owner and I informed her of my sisters eviction and she said no but my sister also has a 19 year old daughter who’s needing housing and I asked could she apply and she started stuttering and coming up with excuses finally I said ma’am its ok just say no! Sad people lose out on money because oh you have an eviction ,credits not “perfect” it’s a sad world we live in nowadays I wouldn’t recommend this place glad she didn’t waste her time or money! I will make sure no one else wastes their tim

I love it here our family was welcome with open arms from the staff and the maintenance crew are a delight get this done very quickly Ms.Cindy us the best sooo amazing best decision to move here affordable and great scenery.

Me and my family are so grateful to call this place home. We love our neighbors and we love our community! Everyone works very hard to keep this place looking great and we appreciate it all. Thank you Rivergate Quarters!

Landlord let the property get infested with bed bugs. Did nothing to fix the problem: 3 apartments got infested and they rented them out. We ended up having to move out.

Mrs Cherie is a wonderful landlord and makes living here wonderful and easy
