Absolutely no parking. Do not live here if you have more than one vehicle. Each apartment only has one assigned spot. There are only 6 additional "guest spots" for 16 units. Do the math, I wish they had when they built it. One tenant parks on the only walkway or entrance to the building. I have complained but management doesn't care. This should be a concern to them as it makes the disabled parking spot unusable and if there was an emergency (fire, medical) they would not be able to help you as there would be no way to get in.
