Fairway Oaks Apartments

Walking trails, trees and golf course. But.. Garbage is always overflowing, no recycle, neighbors are constantly loud and cops usually show up 4-8 times a month, no natural lighting, appliances always have an issue, and parking spots arent even a thing, people have 2-4 cars and just park infront of your apartment even if they dont live there…. Edit: They also keep raising rent and have ridiculous fees.. neighbors leave garbage in hallways and smoke weed in apartments. dont move here if you really dont like this kind of stuff…

I have family that lives here and they seem alright they really need to look into fixing things like dishwashers

Don't reply to emails and need to update listings and also state you have nothing coming up and if you do star when so your not wasting anybody's time. I have tried to call and send emails to at least 75 ppl or realtors or the .com. got maybe a dozen that were hotels that called back. Is there not something that can be done. Trying to find a place anywhere is hard enough. I would think it would make lives alot easier cuz I know I'm stressed out beyond and you being the ones that have to answer the phones or emails and having to repeat yourself a thousand times must be miserable. That's just my thought on some of this. Idk. Thanks

I never even knew this place existed until I had to drop a friend off a couple weeks ago seems to be a pretty nice apartment complex except the fact of how high the rent is it just seems to be way too high I think you may have to do with being next to the golf course I will not be renting here but I won't turn people away from it either if they can afford it
