Be very careful when you rent from these people. They claim they’ve done things they have not and charge you most of your deposit. I would not rent from them. They take forever to get anything fixed. They will charge you for a cleaning that you did very thoroughly. Yes I rented from them for a little over a year. They are not great to work with and require you to use an app for everything. It is very frustrating to get things done. Two stars because I got 1/3 of my deposit back.

One of the worst years renting of my life. When we toured the home in the country side of Olympia we were told we would have the whole yard. Shortly there after that changed and the landlords said they would be fencing off majority of the back yard(that they never used the whole year.) Next time we went to see the place as we were waiting months for the owners to move their things out we talked to the husbandof the owning couple. My spouse talked to him about cars, trailers(utility and car), and rv, and he told my husband no problem bring your cars, trailers, and rv. He even warned my husband that the lady next door to us was a "Karen" and to ignore her complaints on loud vehicles as she complains about theirs too and they ignore her complaints. Months we waited for move in patiently f

They try to make you sell your house so they can get large commission, instead of stealing 15k from you. About 100 people contacted me from facebook when i published my property. Windermere posted it on zillow. My current tenant contacted windermere 3 months ago to move to the house, they made excuses to delay her moving in the house. they tell you no one is interested in.This is how they do that. Finally, paying 6 months for mortgage you give up and agree to sell.

I had a property in Yelm that Windermere managed from 2011-2017. The last contract with the renter ended in November 2017 and the property managers became unresponsive regarding putting the property back up for rent. We then chose to sell the home instead and during inspection there were many things found that Yelm Windermere chose not to disclose. A. Renters painted and never painted the room back to neutral color B. Renters left bulk garbage around the property after move-out, even though property managers stated they did a walk through afterwards. Bulk garbage included, Grill and miscellaneous items in the garage. C. Yelm Windermere never disclosed the damage to the property; this was founded during inspection during sale of home. Broken fence, busted sink fixtures and warped siding. I
