The apartments are very nice and have high ceilings. However, the walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear your neighbour’s. There are many children who live in these apartments which is wonderful. However, many kids will run around unsupervised which can be disruptive when they get rowdy or very close to your apartment (front/back doors, windows etc.). Some have also gotten injured while playing. The staff is very kind and very responsive to any needs. If I need something fixed in my apartment maintenance is on it as quick as possible. They are also dog friendly with dog bags/ trash cans through the outdoor area. They recently put in a small dog park as well! Overall, these are very nice apartments.

The location is really nice. It's within close proximity of JBLM. It's also walking distance from local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants which me and my family really love! The staff is ready to help if there's any issues or concerns. The rooms are pretty decent size. Their gym is pretty decent as well with dumb bells, benches, treadmills, ellipticals, and a recumbent bike. They have a pool that's open during the summer months and a sauna that's pretty much open year round. The neighbors are pretty quiet and keeps to themselves. My kids play with the other kids very well. They have round the clock security cameras in the parking lot which I also like. They also have a newly opened dog park for the dog owners. Jessica and Mariah are absolutely amazing! They made this move for my family so easy and stress free. They treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Jessica went above and beyond for my family and we are so thankful for them.

Signed a lease for a one bedroom apartment in Oct 2024 and shortly after we’ve had some huge issues with utility billing and incorrect payment posting. I’ve tried my best to understand the process of how they bill monthly water usage and how rent payments are applied in the “system”. I’ve been in communication with all the staff that I can possibly reach to resolve this issue. Here is what I’ve been dealing with regarding the high water charges for a ONE bedroom apartment!! Jan 2025 water bill was over $200, Feb 2025 water bill was over $700, Mar 2025 water bill over $200, April 2025 over $300, May 2025 water bill over $300. In May I spoke with the gentleman at FPI Management Corporate - Headquarters who stated they placed a meter in my unit and we will revisit the water usage in June. I

Lived here for about a year and haven’t had any issues. Maintenance has been great, front desk has always been helpful and apartment is decent. A lot of negative reviews are based on move out and I think any apartment complex can be tough with move out. Online service can be sometimes a hit or miss but the last few months it has worked otherwise we just get a cashiers check (not difficult) Any maintenance complaint has been addressed quickly and the two guys are great! I’ve spoke to a few front desk ladies - primarily Moriah and she’s always helpful and assist with any question or concern swiftly. All the ladies have been great but I can’t remember their name. Renewed another lease and not mad about it. It’s been a decent place to live
