LGI Homes - Shelm Meadows

We recently just purchased our first home with Lgi at Shelm Meadows. MaiMariah was so helpful in the entire process. She and the team answered every question we ever had. Gave us updates on how the build was going and went above and beyond. We were purchasing while living in Hawaii, which was a little scary at first. However they made the whole proccess seamless. Kerri Anne with the loan department was so easy to work with and explained very well what everything meant when it came to the underwriting. The house is beautiful, and they really paid attention to details. The house felt cozy instantly.

Vincent has been my go to for everything LGI. Since last year he has been working with me to make sure I find my forever home. He recently moved to the Yelm location and immediately reached out to inform me of the new inventory and opportunity for growth in that area. He has been patient and diligent when it comes to checking off the things me and my lady are looking for in a home. If you want someone to give your checklist the attention to detail it deserves then I can’t recommend Vincent enough! You won’t regret it.

Yep, the company is great and even sometimes they have a good promotion for the interest rate also too. So , if anyone have a question.please go see Vicente Lara . He is a great person and response you all kind the question you need too .
