Nisqually Landing Apartments

The apartments are really nice, everything like new. The kitchen is amazing! The new property manager and maintenance are great they keep the facilities even better than before. It’s my first time living in an apartment and I enjoy it very much.

Cassidy is amazing! She went above and beyond to get us into the 3 bedroom in a short time frame. She was always very responsive to any questions we had while applying. Everything is updated with energy saving appliances and the complex and units are very clean. We officially move on Sunday and we’re excited to call this new place home.

We love this community! It is quiet, clean, and peaceful. The units are very updated and modern, with nice, full size appliances, with community amenities like a dog park, dog wash station, gym, and lots of walking trails nearby, while being just minutes from all the little town of Yelm has to offer. Our dog loves interacting with the other tenants and everyone is always so friendly when she approaches them. Cassidy, the leasing agent, is very kind, and made the entire process of moving so simple and a complete breeze. She walked us step by step through the application, and was always quick to respond when we had questions. She’s the best leasing personnel we’ve dealt with! It is such a pleasure to know someone is on staff that will go above and beyond to make sure your move goes smoothly,

These apartments are stunning, the staff is absolutely wonderful. It’s quiet and clean. The real shining star is the huge fenced in dog park and wash station. Making our pets feel at home is amazing. They strive to keep things tidy and safe and that’s something we appreciate. We’ve got a beautiful view off our porch and still feel “rural” instead of city central and we are enjoying it so far.
