River Falls Apartments

I moved in here when the apartment was new. First tenant. I have seen two other managers here, but Taryn is the best of the three. I understand that Nicole-the second manager I saw here is now regional. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds kept up so they look nice. Taryn is nice, professional and caring. They allow pets and service dogs and they are king to them as well. I like living here.

I have lived at River Falls for a year now and I absolutely love them. I love the manger Taryn she is always is so efficient and gets back to your issue you are having. The neighborhood is very quiet and so is the complex. I love my apartment! I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Nicely marked buildings. Easy to find the right apartment for deliveries.

After selling my house I was looking for a place to live and looked at many places. But I stayed in these because I had deep respect for Tyran. She is one of the best.

Upstairs neighbors are very loud, affecting our sleep unfortunately :( not enjoying living here so far. Have notified management many times
