Hi everyone, I would like to say thankyou a real estate agent Rita Weiss who helped me to sell my property in Maricopa AZ. This is my investment property. After 12 years for rent, the renters left a messy house before they move out. Within two months, Ms. Rita who helped me sending handy man cleaning and fixing my house before it go to the market. My house already sold with a good price. I highly recommend for anyone who need to buy or sell house come to see her. she is the best agent I trust.

I was very frustrated with Rita as a realtor. I needed her service as she answered me the first time. Then after multiple attempts to reach her, she would never answer me. She is a terrible Agent and i would definitely steer clear of her.
