Roaches, MOLD, termites & poor communication skills. Jade emailed me asked if I wanted to renew the lease but before we had to talk about my dogs that had been living there. I replied with “can we have this conversation over email” she replied with “so what did you want to talk about”. She’ll call and then say she didn’t call as we speak on the phone. HOT MESS HERE. I do not recommend.

If you don’t care about anything then move here, but if you do care, I’d come with a paper and do a walk-through and make sure you mark things that need to be fixed also there’s lots of roach droppings from prior to living here. They’ve never cleaned it. Also APS is already on so I would make sure your dishwasher runs properly. The stove is not clean if it is you’re lucky. Also, the stove hood is filthy the countertops are not what they look like in the pictures. November. I’ll be here two years and I still haven’t got my dishwasher fixed. I’ve gone through two washer and dryers and I still haven’t got a new one and all they do is rotate them from other apartments which is disgusting because then you have to clean them yourself which I won’t do the flooring comes up. Was told they would send the carpet guy to repair them After a few times asking for repair and more rips occuring from normal wear, was finally told after 8 months that I would have to remove all furniture and it could take multiple days. Knew I was going to get out at end of one year lease due to the following; Low water pressure in all bathrooms and kitchen. Water is dirty should not be drank nor cooked with. Started having roaches, both sewer and brown. Spraying did not help. Toilets had issues a few times due to sewer issues. Our close friends recently moved here after going through hard times. This place is a disaster! Nearly everything needs to be fixed/repaired. Other tenants have said they've been waiting a year or longer! Pet deposit is much higher than anywhere else. Certainly the tenants' rights are being violated on a daily basis. The positive reviews you see are clearly written by friends of the landlord and/or fake profiles. Don't move here! Pure misery!

The entire complex is filled with roaches! Don’t rent here! We have had to throw out a mini fridge, water cooler and other items that were infested with roaches. We aren’t dirty people and kept our apartment clean as possible. The flooring is cheap and has just had new put on top of old. We had problems from the first day we moved in to the day we moved out. We were told that exterminators would be out once a month after we said something and they never came back after the first treatment. I know that the whole complex is infested because I talked with multiple neighbors and residents of the complex. Please, do not rent here.
