Haven’t even lived here for 2 years and the house already has termites. Because the “new build” got treatment 1 year before we moved in the warranty for this isn’t being covered. How the heck does a warranty start on something that I haven’t even bought of lived in

They are a joke to deal with. Then when it comes to your 1 year they are liars. These are not good quality homes. They care less about there quality. You'll have to fix your own issue's. They change people bc they are liars and don't want to warranty anything. They'll just smile and laugh right at you. They do not care and forget about trying to contact corporate. Then 210 is also a joke to deal with as well they don't want to warranty anything.

I’ve been trying to get repairs done for a year and a half with Rep Nicole. Many times no response to several attempts to have scheduled, all work promised to get done by Nicole. They promise repairs and don’t deliver. Would never buy another starlight home. DO NOT trust this company!

Absolutely an amazing experience. Tyler and Max are wonderful and extremely caring. I recommend this builder to anyone wanting a great quality builder and an amazing caring passionate team. Nicole Garcia who is a customer experience specialist is absolutely amazing. She has outstanding follow up skills and truly cares about us the homeowner and making sure all our concerns are addressed and better yet, fixed. She keeps us informed every step of the way. A warranty on a new home is so important and we continue to praise Starlight Homes.

I would recommend to NOT buy with Starlight. We purchased our home last year in March 2023. Our first mistake was not hiring an independent inspector before or after closing. It's been over a year, and we've noticed a lot of quality mistakes by the builder. There's cracking in the baseboards and ceiling. Baseboards are already chipping due to low quaily products. Master bathroom toilet is already wobbling due to the poor caulking. Some caulking is actually missing between the floor and baseboard behind the master bathroom toilet. Door knobs are falling off and the front door has already warped and rubbing against the door frame. AC unit has a hard time with the heat during the summer which makes me believe that there's probably not enough insulationin the house. After time you can just te
