Del Webb Homes

From Cailfornia we moved to be closer to grandkids and family. We searched many areas in Arizona and other Del Webb properties. When we started looking in Florence and came to Del Webb it just felt like home. It started with our sales associate at the sales office, Aaron. Through the entire process since we decided to build and not take a new spec home, he was incredible. He helped out through the entire process on outside the entire way. I have not had the pleasure of dealing with anyone like him previously on our other builds over the years. When Arron isn't here since he does need a few days off a week. Nicole is great also. I like the way they go over everything detail of the home you are building and let you choose what you want. They are transparent about what each item costs so you can make an informed decision about how much you want to spend and how much you prefer to save. You get to see exactly what you give up to save extra money so you build as many extras as you wish to include according to your budget. They are patient as you try to figure out what features you want your home to have. I will recommend them to friends and family!

Stopped by the new homes being built and workers were drinking. Told the management and they said there was nothing they could do about it 🤬
