Our process was drawn out longer than necessary. We first dealt with a Jennifer (who no longer works there) and she was rude and would constantly talk over me when I tried to voice our concerns for the process. A little over month after we closed on our property, we got a notice from the county saying our coordinates didn’t match and there was a discrepancy. We were under the impression that everything was finalized and good to go. There were also multiple typos on our documents, including my husbands last name. The process was not seamless and we were left questioning our decision to give Pioneer Title our business.
