Ridgewood Apartments

Stay away! The apartments are nice, but management is very unprofessional. Recently moved out. Management rescheduled the exit walk through several times. One reason she gave was "My car needs an oil change". Most of the interaction are done via text, unless she has a reason to be rude. Management completed (said they completed) the exit walk through without me. I was sent a very undeserving amount of my deposit. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and my attorney in the morning. I see why most of the building are empty.

Management was very aggressive and would wait weeks to follow up on requests. They never once iced their sidewalks during the winter after I and several of my neighbors complained. There were a couple of my neighbors and I who had slipped several times. And if you plan on getting any of your deposit back you are mistaken. I cleaned for days and days and they kept my entire deposit for no reason and could not provide receipts when requested. They were very sneaky and conniving and if you want a quality place to live I do not recommend moving here. Everything is cheap and falls apart easily so you are forced to replace in hopes of getting a sliver of your deposit back. I also was told during my walkthrough that the apartment was emasculate and that I would be getting 80% of the deposit back

DO NOT LIVE HERE they will cross you at the end and management is horrible and do not leave early with notice cause they will charge you almost triple your rent on top off keeping your down payment and finding little damages that was there in the start of moving. If you do choose too live here please take as many photos of ANY DAMAGE in the apartment as possible every inch in the apartment will need too be pointed out because they will find something too take you too court over. Staying at this location was one of the worse places ive ever lived mostly because they are disrespectful when called on problems about the place or the heating problems DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!!

I just moved out and I also got a "I cant do you're exiting walkthrough." Seems like this is a tactic these people use to eat your deposit. I left my water filter on the sink and they said they would need to call a plumber to remove it. When I moved in the just Bug bommed the place and they left all dead roaches all over the place, in the drawers and carpet. I left this place in much better condition then when I moved in, and never missed a payment. If you do move here, just prepare to forfit that deposit.

I'm glad that I never had the pleasure of living here! I called to set up an appt. and had it set for the next day at 3:30pm after telling her my ROOMMATE doesn't get off till 3pm. We showed up and she wasn't there. Called her to check if she was running late and that I'd just gotten there with my roommate, and she claimed we'd never even had a confirmed appt! Not only that but she seemed quite inconvenienced. We tried to reschedule, but I was leaving town the next couple of days. She then interrupted me by asking if this guy was my boyfriend or just a friend, which I'd stated previously that he was my roommate, to just say "Yeah, no we don't do roommates". Unfriendly and unprofessional! I spoke with Alyssa both times
