I have had no issues since they purchased our loan several years ago. I love the features on their mortgage dashboard to see if I pay additional, how much interest I can save or how many less payments I have. Their customer service is fantastic. The company that had my home owners insurance was bought out and they double my insurance premiums. An agent at the mortgage company called me when they saw the dramatic increase to verify that I wanted it paid before they sent the payment. I was grateful for this as I was not aware of the increase. I asked them not to send the payment and got new insurance immediately. No "big bank" would have done this. I truly appreciated it. My loan is almost paid off and I hope to work with them again.

Their website crashes constantly or certain features are unavailable due to errors, etc. They have a decent account dashboard, but when you try to update or make changes, they won't take effect. So, you call and they tell you to delete all your current info first, then enter the new info. You try that but the site won't load. I've been trying to update my payment/auto-pay for more than two months and still fighting it! It's ridiculous and unacceptable, but there is no recourse....

I take a $169,000 loan.. 2 months later, they sell my loan to pennymac.. They send me a notice.. Pennymac send me a notice to make an account with them.. I do.. I make the payment to them.. Members mortgage then sends me a late notice. Says I owe them one more payment.. I was in constant communication with them.. I give THEM another payment.. During the confusion they reported me to the credit.. I wish I had NEVER took a loan with this BS company

I've been using MMS for 4 years. They are wonderful. Anytime something comes up that needs my attention they have called me instead of just sending a letter. They're so good to work with me on any issue such as with changing insurance and paying out escrow. Best mortgage company I've ever had.

I have been with MMS for about a year now and continue to have a wonderful experience. Just this week I was personally contacted to inform me my home owners insurance was increasing considerably. They didn't need to notify me but with their personal service they felt it was something I needed to know. Hometown personal isn't always found in todays world. Thank you Savannah and MMS.
