I do not recommend this company. I rented from them and they kept my security deposit even though the house was left clean and in good working order. When I first moved in, the home had numerous issues that were never addressed—there were repairs needed throughout the house, dog feces in the vents, and urine on the floors. I did not cause these issues, nor was the property properly cleaned before I moved in. Throughout my tenancy, communication was extremely poor. They rarely responded unless a one-star review was mentioned, and even then, their responses were vague and unhelpful. Most repairs were never completed, and in many cases I had to fix things myself just to make the home livable. We’ve never had any bad experiences and have had any/every question we’ve had taken care of quickly and easily! We love our maintenance guy, Craig, who has helped tremendously especially this past week when our basement flooded. He helped us get it dry and gave us amazing advice on how to help with some other things in the house as well!

When i was evicted, after 19 years of living in a single place after they took over from a past landlord! I really wasn't given enought time to pack up and move stuff, 30-46 days for a normal person would have worked, but not after living in a place for 19 years, and no family to help to pack and move stuff it wasn't easy to pack up and put stuff in storage. I wasn't able to pack everthing up! They did help a bit with few left over times but not everything, there were 2-3 left over boxes I was still packing one with hygienic supplies, like an electric razer, and electric toothbursh, toothpast, soap, combs, and other things! Horrible communication with the leasing office while desperately trying to find a house to rent. Whoever was answering my multiple calls repeatedly blew me and my fiance off in a rude manner. Do not recommend at all if you're not looking to wait weeks just for a response. After everything is said and done at least an email would be nice stating that the property has already been rented. None of that. I have to call the same lady in the leasing office consistently being rude, blowing us off, and carefree for the business. All the questions we had were just answered with short dry responses like mhm yeah, or go ahead. Overall I've had a horrible experience.

Filled out a rental application and was denied even though I had 6 years rental history in the same house with no issues and years at other places. I've tried to schedule showings at properties and ask questions only to get ignored. Can't wait to see if this company folds after seeing all the negative reviews
