Windy City Management

Windy city has been a Blessing in my Life for almost 10 yrs and counting! They have helped me and worked with me when times were low and rent was hard to pay! Anytime I needed something fixed they always took care of it as soon as they could!! Even when the maintenance guy(John) is doing alot of the work orders by himself and overwhelmed with work orders he still gets the job done! So I would recommend Windy City Management if you looking to rent!! They are Family to me and they will be for you too! God Bless them for being such a great Landlords and a true Family in my Life! Thank you, thank you thank you!

Denise and the whole Windy City team has been great! We needed place to stay, fast, and Denise helped us to make that happen. Anytime we have needed anything done, they have sent someone right away and fixed or replaced whatever the issue was with minimal or no delay. I would highly recommend Windy City to anyone looking for a reputable, reliable company!

Ok for anyone applying for an apartment, be warned. I asked them upfront if the credit check would show up on my credit report. They told me absolutely not. Told me that it would show up as a soft inquiry . Trust me I m not stupid and I know the difference. I printed my credit report today because I had another hard inquiry from a company called Straight Arrow Screening. A company that screens tenants for apartment managers, owners. So if you pay your 25.00 for them to run your background please know that it does show up as a hard inquiry. Anyway I m not slamming the company. Just be aware that when you re trying very hard to improve your credit score things like this can take you aback. The truth would have been nice. The worst was it was all unnecessary in the first place. Aft

Slum Lord with astronomical rent. Will not fix anything for you, i had to do it all myself. I called 4 times in one week about a roof leak, and was blown off and eventually ignored until yet again, nothing was done. Rent was always paid, no excuse for ignoring normal maintenance needs. When i finally moved out, i received a letter from them stating that i owed $950.00 for not giving a 30 day notice (which was okayed by Winkie Tennant herself) and for the rest of my last months rent which they say wasn't paid even though the money for that months rent was mysteriously withdrawn from my account. Best you can do for yourself in this town just own your own home, which i finally did. Not alot of choice Landlords in Hutchinson.

Absolutely the worst landlords I have ever had. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and beyond full of themselves. I would not rent from this company.
