We've had maintenance requests be ignored again and again. Doors that won't close, etc. but now have BLACK MOLD growing on the ceiling. Still won't address the maintenance issues or even come look at it. Horrible apartments and horrible managers.
Best apartments I've ever lived in. Electric bills were low and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer provided in the unit. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but the people are mostly young professionals so they're mindful and courteous. Very convenient location to the parks and state fair.
Loved the apartment I looked very clean seems like a quiet area
Clean, neat and well maintained. Looks great. Best in town
