As a Real Estate Agent, I had one of my best experiences ever with Radley Brooks and his Team! We had an extremely complicated VA Loan situation that looked like it was going to fall through with no hope to Close...but in a very short amount of time, Radley was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and positive throughout the entire process! We successfully Closed the Transaction and was so appreciative of all of Radley's Hard Work!

Ashley was friendly and very responsive. She promptly answered all my questions and kept me updated through the entire process. We closed less than 30 days after my initial phone call to her. I will absolutely recommend PRMI and Ashley to my friends and family.

Ashley always took the time to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She even went out of her way to respond when she wasn't at the office. Very dedicated to her job and you definitely tell!

If I could give these people ZERO ratings I would. We have been dealing with them since March trying to buy a house. Their processing department is a disorganized joke. We have had to continually give them paperwork more times than once. They will say they need one thing and then change what they are asking and want us to redo it. It got so bad that the bank my family has used for 30 years (which is out of state), got concerned about the way we’re being asked over and over for items. I would not recommend this company at all.

A very odd, confusing, and stressful situation was made as easy and painless as could be by Keith's careful guidance and diligent work. Keith and Mike stayed on top of everything, making sure that it was all completed on time, which was exactly what I needed as a first time homebuyer. All of this, as well as stepping in and professionally advocating for me in an adverse situation with an uncooperative seller, was truly above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for better.
