Absolutely terrible property at The Retreat @ College Hills, I paid a prorated rate to move in early and had given them 2 weeks notice of the date I wanted to move into and paid the move in special, but they denied me my keys when I signed the lease, kept telling me I could not move in and broke the law and contract by preventing me to move into a property I had already been legally paying for.

They are the hardest people to get in touch with! I have been trying to speak with someone consistently since last Monday but have yet to get a call answered or voicemail returned. My returned deposit is not correct as I know what I paid on move in and that the apartment was spotless when I moved out. I even had the carpets shampooed. Yet no one is even willing to call. I will never live in a property managed by Richmark again! And I am still awaiting my call back.

Do not move into any of these properties owned by Richmark. I have been staying at The Preserve at Westchase since Feb 2023 and it has been a nightmare with rodents crawling through the walls, a broken window that will not get fixed, damaged faucet heads, pests… you name it, we have it. My last post was removed so I hope this one stays. I need my window fixed immediately. The summer was brutal with hot air seeping in from my children’s room that they could no longer tolerate it. I will not go through this for the winter. Tammy the property manager is not responding back to my calls and no one answers at the office. **EDIT** I ONLY CAME TO REVISE MY REVIEW IN THE EVENT THE REGIONAL MANAGER ALEJANDRO GARCIA AND CHRISTINE (THE MANAGER AT THE PROPERTY WHERE I LIVE) DO NOT HONOR WHAT I ASKED IN RETURN FOR TAKING THIS POST DOWN AS REQUESTED..... I drove to the corporate office on 3/10/25 to talk to someone in person after getting that generic "AI for HR- GPChat" response to my review. After driving to their location in a 30 minute commute at 11am on a Monday morning, NO ONE WAS THERE. FULLY FURNISHED, WITH A FEW "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" STICKERS TAPED ON THE DOOR AND A PAD LOCK ON THE DOOR. NO LIGHTS, NO HUMANS, JUST A RENTAL SPACE TO USE AS A FRONT. I literally moved into an apartment infested with roaches. I have reached out to Richmark left messages no response. I have water leaking thru my ceiling. Roaches, mold, painted over dirt, chipped paint this is all in move in. Ive called multiple times and left messages already. How many more times do I need to call
