Resource Property Management

I served on the HOA Board at Edgewater 3 for a number of years, and worked with Becky Wilson for several years when RPM came on as our Condo manager. I stepped down from the board last month, due to personal obligations. My post reflects my own experiences derived from working with her, and do not reflect the opinions of the Edgewater 3 HOA or the HOA Board. I found Becky very easy to work with. She was proactive, had strong relationships with subcontractors in the community, and was always seeking to find the best deal that represented our interests. Would definitely use her again - I am disappointed we will no longer be working with RPM.

Becky Wilson is an amazing property manager! Her superpower is negotiating, and it has proved super helpful as we have had to engage a lot of vendors for needed repairs and upkeep at our property this year. To pay for these repairs, we also had to levy a large special assessment ($10K per each unit.) Becky explained the situation so clearly, that there was no pushback and everyone paid within the allotted timeframe. I can't say enough positive things about Becky and RPM. They are reasonable and first-rate.

Nobody likes to deal with their HOA / Property Management company and today I had too. I reached out and got to deal with 3 different people Jessica Smith, Ashley Deaton, Danielle Bales, all who were OUTSTANDING and extremely helpful. That is not common these days especially from a Property Management company. I can’t thank the 3 of them enough for making the process so simple and quick. There should be more people them out there. Thank you again and I can’t wait for the next time I need to call and get help 😊

I had experienced a yellow jacket's nest to the left of the entrance of my home, at the base of a huge hydrangea that was difficult to reach. After being stung twice, one sting caused a trip to urgent care for a shot, my handyman was stung, as well as a neighbor. I finally contact Marie Pierce with Resource Property Management. I spoke with her late Thursday night, before the Labor Day weekend. She was able to contact her Bee exterminator while I was on the phone with her about 6 pm. She explained my situation and was able to get him to come the next morning. He arrived by 9:00 am and left by 9:30. Lee was great and my problem was solved! Our subdivision has had Marie Pierce as our RPM representative for years. Marie has been very professional and responsive to questions community members may have. In addition , she successfully communicates any information or answers and efficiently manage our resources. Recently, Marie went to bat to ensure that an expensive fountain repair was covered by warranty when the supplier wanted to disregard the warranty terms. It would have been easy to simply pay the bill but Marie took the extra steps to help us NOT have to pay an expensive and unnecessary bill.We feel very fortunate to have RPM as our management company and Marie Pierce representing us!
