Too bad that 5 stars is the highest rating available, as I would rate Eric and his staff much higher. They assisted me in evaluating options for several properties that were part of an estate and provided honest and straightforward advice on options. When we listed one of the properties for sale, their communication and consultation were excellent, even with some somewhat unusual buyer situations. Throughout the process, I always felt that Eric kept our interests at the forefront, versus just giving us advice to get to the sale. Big shout out to Laura in the office who was always very responsive (and patient). I highly recommend Eric's firm to anyone seeking real estate assistance.

Timely success with good feelings all around about it... I listed a land property with Eric and with careful planning, I got full list price offers within the first weekend on the market. He was spot-on about staging the house and appropriate pricing. His expert negotiation skills were invaluable. If Eric wasn't available, his support staff was right there to take the baton. My questions to Eric and his staff were always answered promptly and they made me feel comfortable discussing options, taking care to explain details with great patience. I couldn't ask for better support staff; Laura and Maureen and Leigh Ann were always there for me and all were an absolute pleasure to work with. And I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Eric.
