Sanctuary at Powell Place Apartments

This property came highly recommended by our builder. Spoke with Jason yesterday , super knowledgeable and understanding of our situation in needing a short term lease option. However, I just wanted to suggest to the “Decision Makers” with the new communities coming to Pittsboro bringing people from all over , short term leasing options could be both marketable and helpful to consumers.

I toured with Trinity last month, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what my partner and I were looking for and helped us find the perfect apartment that fit our needs and situation. Along with Trinity’s excellent customer service, the entire office staff was very friendly and welcoming. We’re so excited for our upcoming move-in!

I toured the sanctuary today and the leasing consultant Trinity was amazing. She provided great information about the property and answered all of our questions. She is so experienced and knowledgeable. We are looking to move here in December but with how great the tour was and how well she explained everything we may move in sooner. The community is beautiful & the apartment is very homey. This is the best apartments in Pittsboro

Aptly named, the Sanctuary apartment complex has been a sanctuary for our family during a crazy transition between moving from Georgia and moving into a new home here in North Carolina. We brought our fourth baby home to this apartment as well, and our kids have made friends, enjoy the playground and pool, enjoy family trips to the car wash center and meeting friendly neighborhood pets 🙂 The surrounding Powell Place neighborhood has also been a welcome area for family walks or bike rides. The staff here at the complex is very professional and helpful, and patient with all of our various requests and needs as a large family. The clubhouse is clean and bright and welcoming. We enjoy the grills and sitting areas around the complex. We feel safe here as a family and have enjoyed the community

Our maintenance crew, Will and Tanner, make apartment living so great because they are always looking out for all tennants. They keep everything in great working condition and constantly work to beautify Sanctuary at Powell. Whenever I've needed anything fixed or just needed information, they have been there going over and above anything requested and are always pleasant and friendly. It really makes apartment living feel like home. They get 5 stars!
