Medley at Northwood Landing Apartments

Recently moved into The Medley apartments in Pittsboro. After touring 2 other complexes this was by far the most luxurious feeling. I opted for the 3rd floor as the extra height just adds to the ambiance. The move in was so easy and the office staff was amazing. There was a minor repair to be done on the apartment and the maintenance crew were fantastic. Super personable, completed repair quickly and was courteous of my space. I am thrilled to be a new resident of The Medley.

I’ve had an exceptional experience living at Medley at Northwood Landing. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed, but what truly sets Medley apart is their care for residents. During the recent ice and snow storms, management had crews out across the property with plow trucks clearing parking lots, sidewalks and spreading ice melt everywhere, during both storms ~ clearly prioritizing resident safety. I’ve lived in other apartment communities and have never once seen this level of preparation and follow-through. That kind of attention, safety, and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m genuinely grateful for the entire Medley team and truly value the care and effort they put into making this a safe, peaceful, fun and wonderful place to live.

Our stay at The Medley at Northwood Landing was a great experience. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and located in a great convenient area to grocery, food places and shopping. We loved the amenities: the pool, the clubhouse, fitness center and even the dog wash station. The staff were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

The Medly is a wonderful place. Super kind staff and a hey always respond quickly. Everything related to maintenance is well taken care of. A friend moved in after visiting me and seeing this place.

I had a short term rental, and my experience living there was great. The community and amenities are very nice and close to everything you need. Very well maintained property, and service requests are handled in a timely manner by the maintenance team who are knowledgeable of the apartments. Newly built and was the first to stay in the apartment I chose. Cannot hear neighbors through the walls, just by the doors and above (barely). Office staff are really nice and I would recommend the Medley at NWL to anyone looking for a short term or long term rental.
