AVOID Residences of Hershey! Don’t rent from dishonest landlords who gouge tenants, increase rents and cheat renters out of their deposits. --Even though we patched and painted--with the paint that the landlord gave us--Ryan charged us $100 for repainting. We even touched up the spots that were poorly painted when we moved in. --Even though we left the apartment clean and spotless, and sanitized all handles--Ryan charged us $37 for sanitizing handles. --Even though the carpets were very clean (see photos)--Ryan charged us $297 for carpet cleaning, instead of the standard $100 they mentioned when we moved in. --Even though we paid an extra $100 per month in order to rent month-to-month--Ryan demanded 60 days notice instead of 30 days, and repeatedly increased the rent. Save your money

It was better before a larger company bought it.
