My husband and I love living here at Edgewood Apartments! We're on our 14th year here! The Country Settings so beautiful! Quiet and Peaceful! Our neighbors are very friendly and we help each other and share! We're very Greatful for how their maintaining the Appartment Complex! Their upgrading everything! We appreciate how the Maintenance Staff has kept up with all the work orders! Their very efficient! We have a beautiful Parking lot completely Repaved! It was in dire need! They've done a great job! New higher Toilets!!! New Flooring! New Stoves! New Appliances when needed! They all see to our every need! We're very Thankful to Liz for keeping us updated with everything they have planned to do! She's very efficient! Joel's a very efficient Maintenance man and a very hard worker! We love it

Former tenant speaking , we lived at the apartments in Greencastle PA . We enjoyed our time as tenants there . The prices were the most reasonable we could find . The place was clean . They’re super responsive if there is ever a problem . My only complaint is they could never do something about the neighbors smoking in their apartment .

JLD property is a good company to rent from. They solve emergencies as fast as can be possible. General maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Since Liz came on board as property manager she has been extremely helpful with any and all requests we have had. She worked very hard to solve our townships new trash contract with our building. Liz also follows up diligently when a request is made for service to make sure it has been done. I would recommend renting from JLD to anyone.

My experience, overall with JDL has been awful. I moved in in 2021( I think?). The property manager at the time of move- in was great, but she left before I had been here a year. I had to go without heat for several months out of the winter because the oil tank in my house was rusted through, and it took them almost two years to replace it. I had a pest control worker WALK in on me while I was changing because no one gave me notice that anyone was coming. Now Liz is the property manager, and so much has changed. She got rid of the ivy growing all over the property (it even was entering through one of the tenants windows!). She communicates effectively to all tenants. Her and I butted heads several times when she first took over the properties, but overall, Liz is the only reason I didn't

JLD Property Management shows compassion for both employees and residents. This makes it easy to be able to walk into your property with a positive attitude and smile every day! There is always someone available to help if you need! Positive team work for sure!!!
