Verde Apartments

We love the location of these apartments. We also like the fact that it is very secure. We enjoy the exercise room, and the girls in the office are very pleasant. The halls are kept clean and the maintenance men are always doing something to keep things in order.

Recently moved out after living at Verde Apartments for four years. I had a fantastic experience. Shay and Emily at the office were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The maintenance staff was experienced and quick to address any concerns I had. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Hershey/Hummelstown area, I cannot recommend Verde more, my experience was streamlined, safe and secure, and I felt at home for the four years I was here.

My daughter lived at Verde during her 4 years of medical school training and absolutely loved it! The management team was excellent and neighbors were very friendly. Community was safe & very well maintained during all seasons !! Thank you for the wonderful time - truly like home ; we will always have fond memories 😊.

The apartment is great, the young woman assistant working in the office is very pleasant and attentive. Cannot say the same about the rest of staff. I believe the experience ”Rob Kline” had and reviewed here is true. They will get as much money out of you as soon as possible if they have the slightest opportunity. I was charged almost $300 for being $5 off in my on-time rent payment. Like, come on, it was an obvious extremely minor oversight. An email or other follow-up prior to be fined would have been appropriate. When their maintenance employee hit my car door and left a scratch, I accepted him trying to fix it himself (even though it does remain). I did not want to string the guy out for a $1000-$2000 paint job for something so minor. There is a certain degree of human decency that is

We loved our stay in Verde Apartments! It was close enough to Hershey Medical Center and walking distance to other establishments in Hummelstown. Shay, Emily and the rest of the maintenance team go above and beyond whenever we had questions or concerns. Snow removal was also prompt. It was a good community as well and we miss our neighbors here!
